Shipping

Orders usually ship from the warehouse within 1 business day. Then, depending on where you're based, our 3rd party couriers will deliver in 2-5 business days for most metro areas and up to 7-10 days for more remote areas including Perth, WA. Please note that in times of high demand, it may take us an extra day to get the wine on its way. 

If the delivery of your wine has been longer than expected, you can send us an email via our Contact Page and we'll look into it for you. 

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

Here at Viveur, we want you to enjoy your wines. So if you're not 100% happy, you can return your order to us within 14 days of purchase for a credit or refund - your choice. We'll even pick it up and cover the return shipping cost.

 

Broken or Missed Deliveries

Sometimes, mistakes and accidents happen. We're all human and so are the 3rd party logistics companies we use to deliver our precious cargo.

If you receive a broken bottle, a dented screwcap, or even if your wine was delivered to your next door neighbour, who seized the opportunity to indulge, then let us know via our Contact Page  and we'll right the ship, pronto.
